We currently advise 71 client families with assets under advice of approximately ₹400 crores (average ~₹5 crores per client). Our team includes experienced financial planners supported by a strong para-planning and operations team, based out of our office in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai.

Role Overview & Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Financial Planner to join our team. This role is suitable for:

• Professionals currently working in financial planning, or
• Professionals returning to the workforce after a career break, for any reason

We value capability, maturity, and intent over linear career continuity. A well-considered break is not seen as a disadvantage. The role offers an opportunity to engage in pure, advice-driven financial planning—without sales pressures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
• Independently handle client interactions and ongoing engagement
• Provide advice across investments, retirement, estate planning, and related areas
• Prepare clear, structured presentations for client discussions
• Review portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and client reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and support client servicing
• Stay updated on financial products, regulations, and market developments
• Work closely with a team of experienced professionals
• Mentor Para Planners

What You Will NOT Be Required To Do

• No sales or business development responsibilities
• Compensation is not linked to revenue generation

Who We Are Looking For

• Around 5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Planner (can include experience prior to a career break)
• High level of empathy and listening ability
• Must be currently based in Mumbai
• Strong interest in financial planning
• Good analytical ability and practical financial understanding
• Comfortable working in a small, high-accountability environment

Required Qualifications

• CFP® / CA / CFA (any one mandatory)
• NISM XA/XB is mandatory regulatory requirement

Work Structure (Important to Note)

• 5-day work week: Tuesday to Saturday
• Weekly off: Sunday & Monday
• Work mode: Hybrid (Work From Home plus Work From Office – BKC)
• Saturday physical office attendance is mandatory

This structure is integral to how we operate and is non-negotiable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed CTC starting from ₹7.8 lakhs per annum (higher based on experience)
